THE PERSON BEHIND CONNECTFIX
Meet Carlos
I'm Carlos, the founder of ConnectFix. I started working as an IT Technician in 2012 at Gênios Computadores, helping customers with computer maintenance, software and troubleshooting.
From 2013 to 2024, I worked at Fibertech IT Technology, installing and maintaining broadband connections and helping customers with routers, Wi-Fi and network problems.
I started ConnectFix to offer IT support in my own way: personal, practical and easy to understand. My aim is to listen, explain the options clearly and help people feel confident using their technology.
I'm currently studying an HND in Digital Technologies (Cyber Security) at David Game Higher Education in London.
